The main decision-making body of the Berkshire and Hampshire Borders Methodist Circuit is the Circuit Meeting, made up of church representatives, ministers, and circuit officers, which meets to agree decisions and priorities for the Circuit's life and mission.
Between Circuit Meetings the Circuit Stewards act for and on behalf of the Circuit Meeting. The Circuit Stewards are a group of people from across the Circuit who exercise a responsibility for the more practical aspects (such as property and finance), alongside a pastoral ministry to the ministers and their families. They share collective responsibility and oversight for the "spiritual and material well-being of the Circuit", alongside the Superintendent and other ministers in the circuit.
The current Circuit Stewards are Peter, Donald, Rosie, David, Michael, Sarah and Terry.
