Carrie Green

Carrie joined the Circuit as Operations Manager in September 2026, working with the Superintendent Minister and Leadership Team to support property, governance, finance, safeguarding and data protection across the Circuit's twenty-five churches. She has a wealth of financial and governance knowledge to draw on — from charity reporting and budgeting to systems and team leadership. She's passionate about putting that experience to work behind the scenes, so churches, and staff can focus their time and energy on mission and ministry.  

Outside of work, she's a keen volunteer with the Newbury & District Agricultural Society, where she's Head of Section for the main arena at the Newbury Show, and a former Girl Guide Leader. When she's not out on the showground, she's usually baking — she's particularly proud of mastering macarons during lockdown.
