This year’s Lent and Easter resources from the Connexional team offer weekly spiritual practices that help people pause, breathe, and rediscover what matters most – through simple habits that nurture faith beyond Sunday. Each week focuses on a simple shift: letting go of fear, control, scarcity, or appearances, and embracing spirit, abundance, dignity, and joy.
The weekly themes are:

Lent and Holy Week you can follow regular video reflections and insights from the President and Vice-President of the Methodist Conference.
The Circuit Prayer Resource Group have produced a Prayer Guide for Lent. This is based on the Connexional weekly themes, detailed above.
